Why can not I find themselves in the ranking, while scores of achievements I have more than 2000?

The data in the rating is added gradually.
You can add your character, using the form "Add Character"

What do the numbers next to the glasses achievements in the ranking table?

This score achievements earned character for the day.

As shown in the column entitled "Progress" rating tables?

This is the number of character achievements, except for "Feats of Strength".
More information is available bringing the cursor to the value.

Is there an official region RU?

No, this region does not. All russian servers are regions of EU.
Region RU on the site brings together all the russian servers region EU.
